We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 45 days for a refund or an exchange.

1. NO Returns After 45 Days
2. Returns Received After 45 Days Will Have 20% Re-Stock
3. Any Returned Item Must Be New as Received
4. No Mounting or Tool Marks at All, You Install it You Own it
5. No Returns on Used Parts or Cut Off Parts Whatsoever
6. No Returns Accepted on Anything After 1 Year
7. -Porch Piracy Policy- If an item shows delivered by the carrier
    and is stolen by a third party from the ship to location showing
    delivered. Shoebox Central Assumes ZERO & NO Liability for replacement

All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Repack the item in a sturdy box, and call Shoebox Central to discuss your return prior to shipping. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included.

No returns on electrical parts, and books unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on special order or closeout merchandise.
